These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, and features offered at gitdeployhub.com (the “Service”), operated by BitVibe Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “BitVibe Labs”). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you supply is accurate. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Service reads metadata about public GitHub repositories via the public GitHub API and presents links to one-click deploy flows operated by independent third-party hosting providers. The Service is a smart router; it does not host your code, execute deployments, transfer or store your repository contents, accept your hosting credentials, or operate any of the deploy flows themselves.
The Service infers a repository’s framework or stack from observable file markers (for example package.json, requirements.txt, Dockerfile) using a best-effort heuristic. Detection results may be wrong, incomplete, ambiguous, or stale. Suggested host rankings are opinion, not engineering recommendation. You are solely responsible for choosing the correct host and configuration for any given repository.

When you click a deploy button, you leave the Service and interact directly with an independent third-party host (Vercel, Netlify, Fly.io, Railway, Render, DigitalOcean, or others). Those services are governed exclusively by the third party’s own terms, pricing, privacy policies, and acceptable-use policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, policies, practices, availability, billing, security, or actions of any third-party service. Your relationship with each third-party host is solely between you and that host.
Some outbound deploy links contain affiliate identifiers. If you sign up for, subscribe to, or upgrade a paid plan with certain third-party hosts after clicking such a link, we may receive a commission, at no additional cost to you. The presence of an affiliate link is not an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of the linked service. Equivalent non-affiliate access to every linked deploy flow is available by visiting the host’s website directly.

We may, in our sole discretion and without notice, throttle, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for any user or class of users we reasonably believe to be in breach of these Terms.
The Service, including its design, code, content, trademarks (other than third-party marks), logos, and brand elements, is owned by BitVibe Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely as permitted by these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
The following are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners; all references on the Service are nominative and descriptive only, intended to identify the goods and services in question. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS, OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY GIVEN REPOSITORY OR HOST, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties; in such jurisdictions the foregoing disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You knowingly assume all risk arising from your use of the Service, including the contents, license, and security of any repository surfaced through it; the actions or availability of any third-party deploy host you reach via the Service; the accuracy of framework detection or host ranking; and the consequences of any deployment you initiate. The Service is offered free of charge as a convenience and you accept it on these terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BITVIBE LABS, ITS OPERATORS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM REPOSITORY CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON FRAMEWORK DETECTION; OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, from all causes of action and theories of liability combined, shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to BitVibe Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, which for free use of the Service is zero. The foregoing limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability and survive any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence (where excluding it is not permitted), death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-waivable statutory consumer rights. The remainder of these Terms continues to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law even where one or more of the foregoing carve-outs operates.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BitVibe Labs, its operators, agents, and affiliates from any third-party claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that arises from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your unlawful or abusive use of the Service. This obligation does not extend to claims caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct. We may assume exclusive defense of any covered matter, in which case you agree to cooperate.
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or liability. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page (and, where appropriate, by a notice on the Service). Your continued use after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4–13 and 17–23) will survive.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental action, network or infrastructure outages, third-party service failures, or natural disasters.
You will not use the Service in violation of any applicable export-control or sanctions law.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to your non-waivable consumer rights, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BitVibe Labs concerning the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, communications, or representations regarding the Service. You acknowledge and agree that, in entering into and using the Service, you have not relied upon any representation, warranty, statement, promise, undertaking, or assurance that is not expressly set out in these Terms or the Privacy Policy. You waive any claim, right, or remedy that you have so relied. This Section operates without prejudice to any liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
