Set these on your host before deploying. Each platform has an “Environment Variables” section in the deploy flow.

TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID secret Copy to .env and fill with your Twilio credentials

TWILIO_WHATSAPP_FROM secret Must be a WhatsApp-enabled Twilio number, prefixed with whatsapp:
