Set these on your host before deploying. Each platform has an “Environment Variables” section in the deploy flow.

ANTHROPIC_API_KEY secret Required for the default model in this template.
SIMPLE_AGENT_MODEL Optional: override the default model string used by src/simple_agent/graph.py.
LANGSMITH_API_KEY secret Optional but recommended for tracing.
