8 environment variables found in .env.example

Set these on your host before deploying. Each platform has an “Environment Variables” section in the deploy flow.

ACTIONS_STEP_DEBUG Enable/disable step debug logging (default: `false`). For local debugging, it may be useful to set it to `true`.
INPUT_BUCKET GitHub Actions inputs should follow `INPUT_<name>` format (case-sensitive). Hyphens should not be converted to underscores!
