Set these on your host before deploying. Each platform has an “Environment Variables” section in the deploy flow.

ANTHROPIC_API_KEY secret Anthropic API key — only needed for the example agent
API_PORT API server
API_HOST
DATABASE_URL secret SQLite database path (relative to apps/api)

Alternative Fly.io Anything Dockerized — requires the Fly CLI.

macOS

brew install flyctl && fly launch --from https://github.com/ankitsridhar16/lumen

Linux
