Set these on your host before deploying. Each platform has an “Environment Variables” section in the deploy flow.

NEXT_PUBLIC_LENS_NETWORK mainnet, testnet, staging, sandbox or staging-sandbox
NEXT_PUBLIC_MIXPANEL_TOKEN secret

Alternative Fly.io Anything Dockerized — requires the Fly CLI.
