4 environment variables found in env.example

Set these on your host before deploying. Each platform has an “Environment Variables” section in the deploy flow.

CTFD_URL CTFd Configuration Replace with your actual CTFd instance URL
CTFD_TOKEN secret Replace with your CTFd API token Get this from CTFd Admin -> Settings -> Access Tokens
PORT Server Configuration Port for the announcer to run on
DEBUG_MODE Debug Configuration Set to 'true' to enable debug logging (optional)

Alternative Fly.io Anything Dockerized — requires the Fly CLI.

macOS

brew install flyctl && fly launch --from https://github.com/0x4m4/first-strike-alert

Linux
